Ben Poletti, director of business development for The Maschhoffs, grew up in Red Bud, Illinois, and spent his summers and weekends at his grandparents farm. He attended the University of Illinois and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural Mechanization in 1997. Ben went on to earn a Masters in Food and Agribusiness Management from Purdue University and a M.B.A. from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University in 2006. Prior to joining The Maschhoffs in 2005, Ben held the position of Territory Manager for Deere and Co., working in Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. Today, Ben and his family reside in Breese, Illinois.
