Cliff Peterson, director of mergers and acquisitions for The Maschhoffs, grew up in Davenport, Iowa, just across the river from his family’s 850-acre grain farm. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois in 1996 and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1998. He began his career at Harris Trust and Savings Bank—Food and Commodities Group and later joined Glencoe Capital, LLC. Prior to accepting his position with The Maschhoffs in February 2007, Cliff was a principal with Banc of America Capital Investors. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. Cliff lives with his wife and children near O’Fallon, Illinois.
