Troy Van Hauen is the Vice President of Human Resources for The Maschhoffs L.L.C. He manages the future design, delivery and deployment of the company’s Human Capital programs in North America.  With an intimate knowledge of leadership tools and experience, he brings to the table a unique set of skills, behaviors, and personal attributes that executive level to front line supervisors have come to depend on and truly appreciate.

 He grew up on a farm in Iowa where his father put him in charge of heavy equipment crews in his teens.  He has experience as an US Army Officer, Registered Nurse and Human Resource professional.  His leadership experience has included front line and executive leadership roles that provided a rich source of experience in several countries. He has been in environments where increasing teamwork and the bottom line were intertwined in success.

Troy has spent 30 plus years honing his training and leadership skills, at times with as many as 275 on his team. He has worked in private and public industries; Automotive, Paper, Appliances, Agriculture to name a few. He holds a B.A. from University of Northern Iowa and will graduate May 2010 with a Master’s Degree in Leadership: Organizational from Siena Heights University.
