As General Manager, Paul Wettstein leads the Great South team. Raised on a 4th generation grain and livestock farm in central Illinois, Paul developed his passion for livestock at an early age. That passion led him to a career in the pig industry where he has spent the past 25 years developing his skills in animal care, relationship building and project management.
