Ken Maschhoff's commitment to excellence is further exemplified by his educational background. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Industries from Southern Illinois University (SIU), where he was recognized as the "Outstanding Senior in Agriculture." In 2005, SIU's College of Agricultural Sciences honored him with the Service to Agriculture award. Ken is also a graduate of the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Program.
